Questions about paying

Does Premium renew automatically?
No. You pay once for a fixed period. When it ends your account goes back to the free plan — nothing you made is deleted — and you can buy again whenever you like.
Which payment methods can I use?
Egyptian debit and credit cards, cards from outside Egypt (charged in EGP and converted by your bank), Vodafone Cash and other mobile wallets, and Apple Pay — all through Paymob’s secure page. You can also pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer.
When does Premium start?
Straight away once Paymob confirms a card or wallet payment. Transfers are checked by hand, usually within a few hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — you can change your mind within 14 days of paying, and payment mistakes are refunded in full.
