Terms
The rules for using PhysioTalk, in plain language.

What PhysioTalk is
PhysioTalk helps medical and physiotherapy students study their own lecture slides: read the PDF, ask an AI tutor about it, and revise with summaries, flashcards and quizzes. It is free to use while we're starting out. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself — you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & privacy.
Your lectures
- What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PhysioTalk for you (reading the pages, building your study material, answering your questions).
- Only upload material you're allowed to use for your own study — typically the slides from your own courses.
- Don't upload anything that identifies a real patient.
Fair use
To keep PhysioTalk free and fast for everyone there are limits: PDFs up to 50 MB and 300 pages, 5 uploads a day, 1 GB of lectures, 30 tutor messages an hour and 10 "more cards / new questions" requests a day. Don't try to get around them, automate the service, or use it to harm others.
AI answers can be wrong
The study material and the tutor's answers are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. They are for studying only, not medical advice. Check anything important against your lecture, your textbooks and your teachers, and never use PhysioTalk to make decisions about a real patient. If you spot a mistake, use Report an error — it helps.
The service
- PhysioTalk is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- We may change or remove features. If we ever stop the service, we'll give you time to export your data.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
