How Premium is sold
Premium and AI Boost are one-off payments with no automatic renewal, so there is never a subscription to cancel and we never charge you again on our own. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and listed on our Pricing page. This page explains how to cancel a purchase and when you get your money back.
Cancelling
- Nothing to switch off: Premium simply ends at the end of the period you paid for and your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
- Cancel a purchase within 14 days of paying, for any reason: ask us as described under "How to ask for a refund" below. We end that Premium period or Boost and refund you as explained in section 1.
- InstaPay / Vodafone Cash transfer not checked yet: tell us and we cancel the request and return the full amount once the money has arrived.
- Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase by itself — ask for the refund first.
1. You changed your mind — within 14 days
You can cancel a Premium or AI Boost purchase within 14 days of paying, for any reason.
- Not used, or partly used: we refund the unused part — the price minus whichever is larger: the share of the period that has passed, or the share of its AI allowance you have used.
- Fully used (all of its AI allowance used): no refund, because the service has already been fully delivered.
Example: you bought 30 days of Premium for EGP 149. After 6 days (20% of the period) you have used 30% of the AI allowance. The larger share is 30%, so you get 70% back: EGP 104.30. A semester counts all of its 30-day allowances together.
An AI Boost is used after your plan's own allowance runs out: an unused Boost is refunded in full, a partly used one for the part left.
2. Something went wrong on our side — within 30 days
Full refund, whatever you have used, if within 30 days of paying you tell us that:
- you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
- you paid but Premium or the Boost never switched on;
- a Premium feature didn't work as described, or PhysioTalk was down for a long time, and we couldn't fix it.
If you prefer, we can add the lost days to your Premium instead of refunding.
3. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash transfers
- A transfer we can't match, or reject, is returned in full to the number or InstaPay account it came from — once we have confirmed the money arrived.
- Sent more than the price? We return the difference, or add it to your next purchase if you prefer. Sent less? We tell you in the app; complete the amount or ask for it back.
- Money sent to a number or address other than the ones shown in the app never reaches us, so we can't return it — please check before sending.
4. If PhysioTalk stops, or closes your account
If we stop the service, remove a Premium feature you paid for, or close your account without you being at fault, we refund the unused part of your Premium period. If an account is closed for fraud or serious abuse of our Terms, we refund only what the law requires.
What is never refunded
- Free credits, trials, promotions and rewards — they have no cash value.
- A purchase more than 14 days old for a change of mind (but see sections 2 and 4).
How to ask for a refund
Email us at physiotalk0@gmail.com from the email address of your PhysioTalk account, with the subject "Refund", the date and amount you paid, how you paid (card, wallet, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash) and, for a transfer, its reference. Ask before deleting your account — after that we can't see what you bought.
- We answer within 7 working days and tell you how much we refund and why.
- Money goes back the same way you paid: to the card or wallet through Paymob, or by transfer to the number or InstaPay account you sent from. We don't deduct payment fees.
- Card refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your statement, depending on your bank; wallets and InstaPay are usually faster.
- A refund — even a partial one — ends that Premium period or Boost. Everything you made stays in your account on the free limits.
Please contact us before opening a dispute (chargeback) with your bank: we usually solve it faster, and we may pause Premium while a dispute is open. You also always have your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law, including complaining to the Consumer Protection Agency (hotline 19588).
